Orders and Shipping

The delivery time within Europe is 1 – 5 working days.
Please contact us by email if you have not received your order within 8 working days.

You can create an account during the check-out process.

The shipping costs are 9,50 € for economy deliveries and 16,70 € for express shipping within Europe. We dispatch with UPS and Fedex.

Orders with an amount above 200 € will be shipped for free!

You will receive an email with your tracking number at the moment your order is shipped.

We ship to all counties within the European Union. If you have any doubts please contact us at [email protected]

You can update your address on your account details page. However, please note that once an order has been shipped by Express, you cannot modify the shipping address!

You need to be logged into the account you used to place the order. From there, you can verify whether your order has already been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days by email and include clear photos of the damage (send to: [email protected]).

If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we kindly ask you to refuse acceptance. In that case, it will be automatically returned to us, and we’ll arrange a quick replacement for you.
