We ship seeds only on the condition that they are not used for illegal purposes by third parties. The team of Anesia Seeds does not want to urge anyone to act against the legal regulations in his country. Therefore, the customer is independently responsible for his future actions.

For this reason, it is important to be informed about the laws and regulations that apply to the country you are ordering from. We are not responsible for any legal issues that may arise and we do not offer any refund for this.

Delays and Tracking
If an order has not arrived within 10 days of dispatch, we ask the customer to contact us by email. Please avoid contacting us beforehand to minimize unnecessary email traffic and ensure smooth processing of orders. This helps us maintain efficiency and provide timely service to all customers.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed during the checkout process. At checkout, you can choose between Express Delivery and Standard Delivery. Express Delivery costs €16.70 and typically takes 1–2 business days, while Standard Delivery costs €9.50 and takes 4–6 business days.

Free shipping is available for orders exceeding 200€. 

Packaging and Discretion
All shipments are packaged discreetly and neutrally, without any visible reference to the contents or our company.

Your order will be delivered to the exact address that you specified as your delivery address when placing your order.

Article 9: Promos & Free Seeds

The free seeds that we add to each order are not freely selectable by the customer. We use the free seeds that we have in stock at this moment. Special currently running promos and offers will be displayed in the form of a large banner on the front page of our homepage.

While we include free seeds with most orders, there is no entitlement to them. These extras are a voluntary gesture of appreciation from our side.

Article 10: Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, exchanges of already delivered cannabis seeds are not possible. Since seeds are a natural and sensitive product, we cannot guarantee their condition once they have left our controlled environment. This policy ensures product integrity of our products.

Article 11: Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these T&C at any time. The conditions valid at the time of order placement apply.

Article 12: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of our registered business location in Spain.

Article 13: Age Restriction

Our products are only available for purchase by individuals aged 18 years or older. By placing an order, the customer confirms they meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification.

Artikel 14: Complaints and Returns

As cannabis seeds are a natural product, they cannot be returned. If a product is damaged or defective upon delivery, it must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt, preferably with photos of the issue. We will assess each complaint individually.

Article 15: Legality in Your Country

Packages can be inspected by the relevant authorities in your country, regardless of the chosen shipping method. Please note that while we do ship to your country, we cannot provide legal information or legal advice. The responsibility to comply with your country’s laws and to inform yourself in advance about the legal regulations concerning cannabis seeds rests solely with you.

Article 16: Shipping damages

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days by email and include clear photos of the damage (send to: suppor(a)anesiaseeds.com).

If the package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery, we kindly ask you to refuse acceptance. In that case, it will be automatically returned to us, and we’ll arrange a quick replacement for you.

We sell cannabis seeds exclusively as collectible items. Germination is not permitted!
