Orders and Shipping
The shipping time within Europe is 2-4 working days from the date of dispatch .
After we have received your payment we will pack and send the order immediately.
We ship to all European countries, Chile and Israel.
When we pack and label an order, you will receive an automatic email from us with your tracking number. Enter this tracking number at UPS.com or UPS.de and you can easily track your order.

You usually get your order in a small, neutral package.
If you want to change your delivery address while your order has not yet been sent by us, then contact our customer service. If you have already received a tracking number from us, you have to change the delivery address yourself by contacting UPS. Please, write an email to UPS or call UPS and give your trackingnumber and new address.
Anesia Seeds does not deliver to any state of the USA.
We make sure that our parcels are absolutely discreet and do not give any indication of the content. Nevertheless, a package may be checked by customs. Even if we ship to your country, we cannot provide information on the legal status of a product in that country. Please inform yourself before the purchase about the legal situation and the applicable regulations in your country, because we cannot take responsibility for a retention and the resulting consequences .
The delivery costs to all European countries are 7€ if the order value is 0-99€.
If the order value exceeds 99€ the shipping is FREE.
The shipping costs to Chile and Israel are 20€.
Payment
At Anesia Seeds you can pay by bank transfer, BitCoin or cash.
Currently Anesia does not offer credit card or debit card payments.
At the checkout, simply choose cash as the payment method. You will receive a confirmation email from us, in which you will receive the address to which you can send the cash payment. Please note that depending on the shipping method, shipping may take up to 2 weeks. Choose fast shipping to us to speed up the process.
If you pay with cash we cannot take any responsibility for the shipping to us and we are not liable if this shipment is lost by post.
Unfortunately, the general terms and conditions of Pay Pal do not allow us to offer this payment method.
You are welcome to shop at Anesia as a reseller or wholesaler. Create a wholesale account here: https://anesiaseeds.com/wholesale-registration-page/ and send us your business registration or (outside of Spain) your VAT ID. Please contact us beforehand if you want to place a very large order.
